You answer a few questions
Your dog's name, breed, size and anything Lucy should know — nervous, senior, or a coat that's gone a bit matted. That's how we work out how long the groom really needs.

We look at where Lucy already is
Lucy grooms out of one van, so an empty hour isn't always a sensible hour. We only offer times that fit sensibly around the dogs she's already seeing that day.

You pick from a few good times
No hunting through a calendar. Three appointments that genuinely work, with a short note on why each one fits.

A £20 deposit confirms it
The deposit holds the slot and comes off the final price. The rest is paid after the groom.

On the day
Lucy parks outside, grooms your dog one-to-one in the van and hands them back dry and settled. Nothing to drop off, nothing to collect.
